In this unit we are  going to identify the different parts of the plants, trees and flowers, the different types of plants, differentiate between evergreen and deciduous trees, etc)

(En esta unidad vamos a identificar las diferentes partes de las plantas, árboles y flores, los diferentes tipos de plantas, diferenciar entre árboles de hoja perenne y caduca, etc.)

MY TOWN

In this unit we are  going to talk about the different buildings of the city, professions, local government and local customs.

(En esta unidad vamos a hablar sobre los edificios de la ciudad, las profesiones, gobierno local y las costumbres locales.)

It is really important to know our autonomous community, province, municipality.... in which we live.

(Es realmente importante conocer nuestra comunidad autónoma, provincia, municipio...en la que vivimos)

Public services are activities or services regulated by the state.

(Los Servicios Públicos son actividades o servicios regulados por el Estado)

The mayor is an elected member of the local government. Is the person who presides over a town hall and he is the maximum governmental authority in the municipality..

(El alcalde/sa es un miembro electo del gobierno local. Es la persona  que preside un ayuntamiento y es la máxima autoridad gubernativa en el municipio.)

Local customs are the set of cultural goods that are transmitted from generation to generation within a community.

(Las costumbres locales son el conjunto de bienes culturales que se transmiten de generación en generación dentro de una comunidad)
